Hi, Im a lover of watches and a first year Japanese student. In the upper right, there are two hiragana that I think spell "re ko". Am I right and what does that mean? Thanks.

Ok. It's a chinese, not a japanese kanji. it's name of watchdistributor "Nine-Two watch corp" in Taiwan.
Two chinese word "九二" same as "nine-two" in english.
