Ok you culturally naive folks, this guy is Pesian and HIS moves are Persian dance moves, Notice the chest shake-shimmy when he dances behind her, how he rotates his wrists and hands, and his foot steps are different than hers in many places. The differences may not seem that obvious, but to those who have been exposed to Persian dance they are very obvious. Check out other persian dance vid's here and you'll see some of things he did here in those videos

Following that I seriously doubt your ability to be able to tell an the ethnicity of people, yet still the info box of the video references to an Iranian site, where this video originated from.

Yeah, he's persian no doubt. My persian gf confirmed this. If you watch it, traditional persian and latin dancing are actually very similar. Very heavily focused on the torso/hips.
