What makes this story and web of love interests so enjoyable is how the individual sees it. i like to think that Cloud actually likes (or loves) Tifa more than Aeris (or Aerith).

The reason i say this is because as a kid Cloud liked Tifa up until his memory was fused with

Zack, and Zack had feelings for Aeris. Makes Cloud feel conflicted. lol
