I am now facing this treatment for my Diffused Large B-Cell Lymphoma, which has not transformed into a follicular lymphoma. I have completed 7 cycles of EPOCH-R chemo, which has reduced the cancer, but not beaten it into remission. My next course of treatment is stem cell transplant, from my sister. It's scary, but I am up for the challenge.
I hope you are doing fine and are in full remission, I had my stem cell transplant several years ago for a Non-Hodgkin-Lymphoma, I am in full remission, and have survived it just fine as well... all the best wishes to you
Good luck Caleb! Your photos take me back to my stem cell transplant. Tough times.
In This Time's a Charm; Lessons of a Four-Time Cancer Survivor, Donald A. Wilhelm, tells his real-life story from a patient's perspective about surviving cancer (Hodkin's) four times. His intent is to give his readers a true depiction of what cancer, and its treatment, is really like. "I've had pretty much had every treatment and every drug out there at one point or another," says Wilhelm.
