Indeed. Howard was very lucky that all the news coverage of the september 11 2001 attacks distracted from the TAMPA and supposed children overboard, if it hadnt, he may well have actualy gotten caught in the lie before the election, and may even have lost it (or at least had a much smaller lead of seats).
