  • truely and honestly..when it comes to presidency we need to leave tribalism behind us...Because we are all Kenyans and we need a leader who can remeber that....i love all the 42 tribes in Kenya..i'm a Maasai and i would happily vote for a kikuyu or a Luo or a Kalengin as long as they have the rite leadership capabilities.

    Love all of you..lenana

  • May God bless belove Kenya that we call home, let these so call leaders to lv people alone.whoever will be a leader things will be the same. kenya people jst need piece of mind feel safe and do whatever they can to put food on the table. Please stop killing there will be only one bwana mkubwa who sometime will never even know that you existed ..thanks

  • Kibaki should face an international tribunal for fraud, human rights offences, corruption, abuse of power etc etc. There can not be peace without equal rights and justice. mizizi dot net

  • Well, I have to say only one thing.Whoever takes power. They will make their priority to build toilets in Nairobi.Because I almost got splashed with human waste by some loitering boys.If Kibaki already done this, please Mr Odinga dont forget.Thankyou.

  • Haha! That's funny.

  • anywayz, these comments are just my opinions and im not against anyone whatsoever, its was just about the concerning situations in kenya that made me to put these comments at youtube, otherwise im not really interesting in politics stuff!!!!

  • i agreed with bcc2502.because burning down people houses and killing is not going to reward kenyans people ,especially for thoses who claimes that they were being cheated, must stop carring out crimes, because their actions seem to be outlaw included burning churches with innocences civilian who had nothing to do with this bultshit political things

  • i dont understand why kenyans are fighting each others over those nonsceneses criminals who called themselves leaders,in fact they do not care about theirs own people, this issue has nothing to do with changes or promises either one of them made,it has do with their own interests with thier allies who wants more people suffering.

  • Pple who are talkin bout Raila nt bein president ur wrng.We chose him as a leader and we all knw who the ppls president is.Let Kibaki step down and if he's man enough for this job let us have elections in less than 90days.Thn you can speak, Hinduyodha(what a name, shame on you 4 those remarks you made),you too motherlandd(u sound like a person who cant reason.I pity you n the pple you live with)Smartblessed I like ur thinkin but the days wen we were in the dark are over.

  • aguambo will never be president unfortunately. It's a wrap for him at least the world media gave him his 15 minutes of fame. Buy a fishing boat agwambo and peacefully retire in homa bay. we will make a monument for you in Kisumu town

  • too much destruction there and no enough fish so he will always be around central

  • stop drinking liquor.@ 35,it's not good for you with Kibaki. He will never have peace. 5 years is not a long time. He can steal all he wants but then, he will lose it all in the end.

  • Raila is a criminal & has shown his true face by inciting violence. He should be brought to justice for genocide & jailed forever since he is a constant trouble maker. Better Kibaki the devil you know than Raila the devil who has only given his people 'flying toilets' along with so many empty promises in the past 15 yrs of being Langata MP. What can he do for the entire nation then? Kibaki has done a lot econimically for all of us in Kenya. God bless Kenya!

  • No. Kibaki is the real criminal who should be jailed for genocide. Kibaki is the loser and he and his people will pay the price in many ways if this issue is not addressed properly. Personally I have no problems with Kikuyus because they are my cousins. But I worry alot about them.

  • kibaki didnt kill the people killed. cant blame manufacturer of gun because someone was killed by it!

  • go to hell dr. vincent...kenya is bigger than your prophecies of doom

  • Shame on you too whoever you are called.......think twice what? and who told you I belong to your society anyway? hihihihi bitch!!!!! when did Raila stand up and said that ppl should riot? Kenyans see it and start themselves Raila is trying to cool everything down but no one wants to listen right? can someone show us an vidence where Raila told ppl to riot?

  • ok elections we're rigged (both sides by the way), but how do you explain that in > 1 region in the country, people went for kikuyu blood .. i sense organization in all this so investigations have to be done, we saw worse leadership , rigging etc under Moi so there's no justification in such reaction.People can protest election results but going killing members of one tribe all over kenya is simply not normal..

put humanity above politics and tribe, amani jo!

  • 'DIONSCHAY' you are heartless and a tribalist you are those kind of pple we want to get done with in our society. shame on you think twice next time you post a senseless comment like this

  • but did you realise ppl that Luos are not killing the Kyuks? the Maasais are dealing with them accordingly! very good Maasais I love you all! now Kyuks are planning to take the Maasai land? nooooooo forget abt it,and Kibaki refused to take the offer fron UNO -FOOD;because he thinks Kenya is rich whereby he is the only rich person, now ppl are dying wanting food and he is saying that Kenya needs no help, whats that?

  • What the fuck,. Are you saying is good, that the maasais are killing kukuyus? shame on you

  • get this right Luo's will never lead kenya,i damn sure hate most of this son of a bitches

  • Wow!!! No need for that language as you know the Kikuyus crave for power and will do anythying to get it. How come Raila won in 6 out of 8 Provinces and yet he lost? He didn't "rig" the elcetion to loose it did he?

You sound like a Kikuyu and I don't blame you. Can't believe you are talking like that yet OUR BROTHERS AND SISTERS are dying and suffering. You need a reality check SALOTHI!!

  • kaguongo what the heck???? Wash your mouth with some jik ....Your DAMN NASTY!.........You have totally missed the point in the discussions here ......Educate your self what ignorance!!

  • kibaki didnt win the election,he still has blood of stealing in him.them pple will never change.trust me there is plan B on the way.and this kibaki and his boy friends wont come out.look, they cornered kenyans in 15 minutes he declares he's the president.kivuitu we know you.the devil you said was at the ECK centre KICC was you,you will live to regreat, peace to you al

  • We have know all along that it was a close race. why is it an issue that it has tilted towards the presidents advantage. Kibaki won the election fair and square. Anyone who wants to query the process or results is more than welcome to engage the legal path to address concerns. The message to all the hooligans who are killing innocent people is .. "PUT UP OR YOU WILL BE PROSECUTED!!

  • it is good to have a devil we know than the angel we don't. Raila shld accept DEFEAT and go on with life.

  • KIBAKI has won and if he has to be responsible for anything let it be.Look at it in all corners, the kikuyus killed at the church ...how stupid could he be to order people to kill his tribe so ADMIT THAT YOU LUOS HAVE A PROBLEM with kikuyus and it did not start jana.

  • Now the six percent will be negative 50. the consequences were predictable.Kibaki knew there would be blood shed but he didnt care. He is so arrogant and that will take us nowhere!!!

Moi was a dictator but he understood peace was imp, that is why there was IPPG deal etc(which kibaki has trashed). He uderstood that the time for democracy has come.Even Moi understood it and finally respected it, who is Kibaki to kill it?

  • I am very sorry for kyuk who are writting over here! u just look into what can make you ppl benefit right? you never consider other ppl,it wil only be good if Kibaki will be the president,I believe u! but will he ever make any change in Kenya? and if anything, can someone tell me if he will do anything without Raila? cant you see u ppl how Raila a good skimmer is? he will come out with something else that will help Kenya,I promise you,he is known worldwide ans consults many ppl across the world.

  • A lot can be accomplished without Raila. Raila is a drain to Kenya's development and unity. Kenya is better off without him. PERIOD!!

  • can see the hummer and jaguar in his parking lot... anything else? the politician are different in mouth and same in in all other parts. they are same body but different attitude

  • i understand that they are angry but how does killing each other and burning the country down help???? so stupid. this is why africa cant develop because of poeple like this. you go out and riot and loot and butcher other ethnic group plus burn the city down.....you damn right you should be shot!. what you expect the cops to give you a hug?

  • am surprised at the things i read here it's true the economy grew by 6% but did the kenyan man get anything out of it? No the MPs got a pay rise, secondly if i remember well when Raila was fighting for the country to be a multi-party state KIBAKI was the vice president so i am not surprised when this dude wants to destroy such a democracy

  • President Kibaki sensing defeat used every tool in his power to frustrate the results. He learned well.

If Odinga has any leadership in him, he should accept this outcome, calm his supporters and wait for the next 5 yrs President Kibaki waited for 40 yrs

Raila's leadership solidified after the murder of Ouko. Fingers were pointed in the wrong direction, yet none ever stopped to wonder who the ultimate beneficiary was.

Odinga must wait and call off his bitter supporters.

  • Its not about Odinga, its about democracy. May be Kibaki won, but we need to see it!!!

  • well said!!

  • painfull, tears on my eyes i can believe kibaki has the has taken back this beutiful country, its not about kikuyu or luo but a real blow to the had fought democracy in africa. please mr kibaki i appleat to giv power to the rightful owner president raila. kenyans am asomalian and my govt is far better since its intrim but not a civilian coup. now no kenyan will ever trust electrol process and juditual system

  • When Kibaki seemed to be losing, the Kikuyus remained calm and were very civilized. The luo hype power thirsty people could not stay still, but jump up like samaki and act like fools. STOP destroying properties, Ordinary Kikuyu person had nothing to do with election outcomes

  • I have never seen fools like Kibaki suppoters! u say you want Kenya to change and at the same time supporting a thief! wakyuk sisi ni wajinga sana! Pumbavu! Raila has Brains to save this country, mpaka lini Kibaki na Lucy watangoa hata kwa international meetings? na what can you say Kibaki can do for kenyans? he is a typ of a man who needs someone to think for him then he can follow so its gone!

  • this has nothing to do with one's tribe, but alot to do with the freedom of an ordinary kenyan citizen. its all about fighting the corruption tht ppl din't think would get this far, until bloodshed is evident...how sad

  • If Raila Odinga were to be president, this great nation would suffer turmoil...All this man wants is power, like he's always done ever since participating in a coup plot to oust Moi.

  • You are insane.Akili yako ni timamu kweli?Ama ni kama ya mzee.Kiding men........

  • Raila is the men and he deserves to be the president. He won the elections. The rigging of those votes doesn't even meet the characteristics of a typical kthief. You know who are thiefs and bloodsheders in kenya.Their main weapon ni panga na githeri. It was rigged on a broad light day. Please give it back to Hon Raila his votes!!!You don't deserve it.What you have taken in the last 5 yrs is enough for u.Raila king of Africa the president of kenya!

  • you are saying raila is desperate for power, who pulled the desperate move?Wasnt it Kibaki, who knew very well there would be violence!!!Shame on him. Now history will juge him harshly!!!

  • The video is great as Dr.Vincent clarify that we need U.S.A to understand that this government is corrupt.therefore we are seeking U,S and U.K to step in to help us.And make the vote public, before it's turn to tutsi and hutsi in rwanda.I'm araid our own leaders are evil.

  • you dont know the mother of all evil are those both countries you mentioned

  • Accept defeat now Raila becoz if not incitement of your luo community they will end up killing each other and destroying peoples properties and mjue hadhara yote mtalipa kwa tax so be ready to pay the price.Pia kuna kikuyu who elected raila and luos elected kibaki it makes no difference.

  • How dare you talk as one of kibaki dictator? Before you even ask Mr.Raila to shut up.You were watching or witnessing the kibaki evil.we us a referendum we are not blind. Therefore we need democracy, for kenyans to witness the re-count.I thank Mr.Vincent Magombe for his genuine coment.

  • Haha you are so fucking funny, look raila akisem STOP THE KILLINGS.thy stop so who is telling them to fight??,then all those dyin now, huoni Mr.Kibaki akiwaua and th killers ar not kkuuyou ar gettin to judgemnt day.VENYE MNAFIKIRI MTACHUKUA KENYA N MAKE IT A LUO PROPERTY YOU ARE SO DAMN WRONG

  • No, yuo are so damn foolish whoever told you there is a judgement day lied look at what is on in our country and right now and then you can talk like kihee you son of a bitch

  • you are the foolish one bitch am talking as a kenyan and will not stand my brothers and sisters getting killed. The killings shud stop when you shut the fuck up am a woman so we can make some music and you dont defend people without knowing what they have done tosser!!!

  • why is odinga cant agree with defeat? he only accept himself as leader while the rest dont. i think media houses are tainting leadership in kenya as corrupt! we dont need kibaki nor odinga nor those old guard no more we need fresh blood and fresh thinking and not hummers or bannanas or oranges. peace, freedom and also liberty.

  • For God's sake, he won in 6 OUT OF 8 PROVINCES. How did Kibaki won in 2 provinces?? Get the picture....... Don't be t

  • Who the f&*K is this ignorant kaguongo? I respect the rest of the readers here, otherwise ningekupea vibes ushangae. Peace!!!!

  • asiye kubali kushindwa siye mushindani-mr ondinga and the group should suck it up and start building the nation, especially in luo land where the rate of poverty is beyond repair, also educate your poeple mr Ondinga about condoms just tell them they are locally available and they should use them to reduce the rate of HIV.If you start doing that then we can vote for you come 2012

  • YOU ARE sick BUSTARD WHO NEED TO BE THROWN TO HELL AND BURN FOREVER YOU I AM KIKUYU LIKE YOU BUT I THINK YOU ARE TALKING NONSENSE ODINGA KIBOKO YAO ODINGA KAMILI>

  • ODM should wait until parliament convenes again and just have a vote of no confidence in the current president. The majority of MPs are from ODM so it should not be a difficult task to get that passed. This form of chaos and mayhem is not the way to change power especially in a country that 3 days ago was the envy of other African countries and now it can easily take the path of Rwanda.

    WTF????!!!!

  • Is this true? Ths is possible under the Kenyan constitution? Do you know which part, or section, of the Constitution allows for a vote of confidence on the president?

    Thanks. Chris

  • unfortunately, ODM does NOT have enough seats for a clear majority. You need at least 145 [or thereabouts] seats in the parliament for a vote of no confidence; ODM has only 100. Having said that, it is still possible if they get allied with other MPs from the other parties (also assuming that there is no pressure on ODM MPs to vote with the PNU govt)

  • kibaki mwizi!!!

  • Kibaki should step down. The U.S government needs to stop getting involved in African politics. Otherwise Kenya will plunge into chaos like its neighbor to the east. Kenyans should prevent that from happening.

  • shame on you fueling propaganda in the comfort of the bbc studios. what a shame

  • No angangaus. Shame on you for supporting a government that outrightly rigged elections. I was a Kibaki supporter and I wanted him to win fairly. I'd rather a be member of an opposition that lost fairly than that of a government that clearly rigged elections.

  • very good namgot. today we will allow kibaki to steal the election, in 2012, no one will have confidence in the electoral process and rigging will become the norm!

Its about democracy. Not about tribes. We had healed and Kibaki took us back 20years. Didnt people of all tribes vote for him in2002?What happened?Arrogance of this ruling clique is the cause of all this.
