  • I have been doing this for 15 minutes before i go out to ride or to work around horses. I have seen a significant change in having less back pain. Also my friends say I have more "freedom of movement" where I don't tense up as much. It has been showing up alot in my riding skills as well. I don't have to stop and get my body collected; I can continue on with my ride and have less pain afterwards. I really have to thank you for this video!
