The fact that Leland is willing to step outside his comfort zone by leaving the sanctuary of his self-imposed isolation in order to be there for Alix speaks volumes...because that's what love is all about, really. It's easy to be there for someone when the other person is happy and when it doesn't demand anything from you...not always so easy when the other person is in pain which you're unable to fix and when it forces you to take risks or do something which you experience as difficult.
This actress is obnoxious to watch. She is pretty enough to be "Beauty" but as an actress she is watching herself and it gets boring. She is doing what she thinks should be done instead of what is in her gut. She is mugging for the camera too much. Good story though. Emma Roberts could have pulled it off if she was a bit older. Julia Roberts could have done it if she were a bit younger. This actress needs some Actor's Studio.
Did anyone else notice that he called her his "sweet girl," as if it were the most natural thing in the world? That's the kind of talk that'll melt a woman's heart right there! The sound of his voice on the phone... I've waited my whole life to hear my name sound like that on someone's lips. And the look in their eyes through the glass door... I think it's just hit her how in love she is.
Huh...my dad also had pancreatic cancer and they found the tumor too late, and he refused chemo, opting to spend the rest of his life at home. If I was a painter, I would be a little creeped out!
@Steph1316 "Ambulance" is always spelled backwards on the front so that you can see it spelled properly in a rear view mirror. It's not just poor production quality! haha
I want to be ready to die like that...It's truly peaceful and beautiful.
I would need my faith though unlike television where it hardly shows anyone afraid without it, but it's a scary thing and real people talk about it, but I know this is just Lifetime.

The actress reminds me of Linda Carter when she smiles.

Her boyfriend can't see beyond his work.

That boyfriend of hers is such an ick, he has a flat head, he's snarly and rude, he has an ugly soul. She needs to dump him.
