In the first In famous you could climb buildings with ease but you couldnt climb a fence, hence the trophy telling you to rejoice now that you can climb fences.

so he gives up on ugc after 1 dumb mission, but continues to scour the city in search of blast shards, then repeatedly climb buildings to get to them... phil, how does your attention span work?! at least try a couple more ugc missions before you give them up. most are ok! theres even one space invaders one(not challenging, but fun)
