  • I don't see what was so bad about the interviewer. Hmm. Anyway, I love unferth and malkovich portrayed him well. I read that he was basically the only one who read Beowulf, so that could have something to do with it.

  • jesus some people are assholes

  • john hated that fat broad goth interviewer..she has zero humility..came off as a know it all and she gave her opinions and talked to much..his body language at the end said he hated her and wanted to get the hell away from her....i bet she has that effect on most men...lady..start hitting the gym and lay off the crispy creme donuts

  • @StraightTwoDVD Even if she wasn't fat, she'd still have horrible interviewing skills.

  • It was so silly when he said "for suicide girls". They're nothing compared to him!

  • Malkovich is thinking "Get me out of here!!" he is very professional though. :D

  • Does anyone else think that Beowulf the movie was one of the most discusting things ever done to classic literature?

  • No...I think its wonderful moving classics with the times of technology...that there are those that would preserve it in whatever format that is new.

  • discusting?

is it in the action of discussion?

  • discustting? classic literature? you should learn how to spell before you chirp on a movie you moron. DISGUSTING.

  • Alright I spelled disgusting wrong. Classic is right and literature is right. And that movie was an insult to the oldest recorded story ever written.

    Thanks.

  • I think it could of been better, but it was good.

  • eehy eehy, my pleasure....

  • Ripley's game, one of my fav films starring him and Ray Winstone, The train scene in the film is so cool and a little amusing

  • wow he looks alot older then mice and men

  • Aww he is so gentle and cute

  • wat the fuck was up with the end of the interview where he keeps saying mmmmhmmmm

  • but on a positive note, john was very professional about it. i think he kinda knew it was amateur hour and approached the interview accordingly. MALKOVICH!

  • i don't know about anyone else, but i kind of felt through this interview that the girl was trying to validate her own knowledge instead of letting malkovich (the talent) explain more. just the fact that it took her roughly 35 seconds (!) to spit out her first question told me that she was trying to present too much of her own info. he's the talent, let him speak!

  • exactly

  • OMG...hes so CUTE!!! :))

  • Beowolf is this strange partially animated-type movie that I just couldn't watch. The Snore Detector went up to 20, the maximum level.....

  • He was great in Klimt.

  • loved him in "In The Line Of Fire". Hell, he even scarred the fuck out of me in that movie!

  • His best film is Ripley's game

  • He sound slike a girl at the end when hes saying uhummm

  • He was tired and bored, I think... That voice was a sign of irritation.

  • I read many interviews of mr. Malkovich (He's the best for me)... Beowulf is a kind of script that partly falls in with his liking. I suppose that he was not willingly disposed to go to a lot of trouble to do advertisement about this movie.

  • Usually, he hasn't that taut smile... Anyway, listen the "uhummm" of the woman who speaks to him at 2.02/2.39 and "right right" at 2.18, maybe in these points of the video John makes fun of her in a very ironical way 'cause she nods as she takes for granted everything he says... Ahahahahahahah, he has an adorable difficult nature (in my opinion).

  • I love this man he is so sensual and intelligent! for a guy of his age all i have to say is what a turn on!!

  • I heart Unferth!!!!

  • I love this man he is so sensual and intelligent! for a guy of his age all i have to say is what a turn on!!

  • Wow, i agree. His voice is so sensual. I think his best role was Lennie in Of Mice and Men. It was a perfect performance.

    Love you John!

  • i love him has unfirth

he has such a unique voice for him

  • OMG I love this man, he has such a soft, yet deep and manly voice, he's so intelligent, and he's an excellent actor. I'll never forget his performance as Valmont in Dangerous Liaisons. One of the sexiest ever.

  • Thanks for posting!
