Your voice is pretty good, but you need to sing this song with more dynamics, more power and more sustain. It's very possible to learn these things, if you're serious about singing I suggest you find a good vocal coach, otherwise all your covers will sound like Glee.

@pierrejt Rather than doing songs that suit your voice, perhaps you should try some that don't. It doesn't really matter what, could be jazz, funk, rock, etc as long as you try to adapt to the original artist's singing style while experimenting with new techniques. That way, you'll expand the limits of your voice and improve yourself. It's what makes the difference between a good voice and a good singer!
