.seriously work in this industry..this is a joke. Who are these amatuer cooks trying to teach? Sumito, Patino, The Chile seafood dude....they all know people who know people at these foodshows. Don't be fooled by there charismatic/theatrics. Go to Ecuador and you'll see a totally different cuisine. This business is getting the same treament as MTV. Sorry this is not and cannot be the future of cooking. Amatuers ripping off chefs' that have worked too hard. l8
im 21 yrs old... i came from mexico cuando tenia 15 anos, ella fue una de las mas grandes inspiraciones cuando era mas chico y no sabia en realidad que estudiar... ahora estoy ya estudiando artes culinarias y me ha encantado ver esto :)
