Here in Vancouver the triangle hook ups are pretty common. Our school has a dumpster with the triangle and every Monday I see the triangle hook up!

@rd1027  What is the point of the triangle hook it? For transportation of the dumpster? Or for stacking them when they are not in use?

No its actually a different style of hookup for emptying the can. Not common around here but picture a FL with no forks and a large triangle on the cross bar then there are pins that come out to lock the can in place.
