Just from my personal point of view, There are many joys around us(excellent reading matrials, music, dance, nice people, pretty people, lovely animals), I myself always keep tying to be as happy as possible through traditional, scientific (exercise everyday like rope skipping), as well as innovative ways(like watching your dance!). Hope everyone find their happiness system.
