Why did Osho then bother addressing any audience? Why did he waste so many breaths talking to others if love is only a state of being, not a state of doing as well?

He, like some others, placed himself on the opposite extreme of Rabindranath Tagore, trying to push everything into a dark, sun-less inner chamber of extreme selfishness. There should be a balance between the sayings of these two men.

@skbakanov I think you're mixing up what he's saying is that the problem isn't showing your love to somebody(you're supposed to do that), but if your love is dependent on the object of your affection meaning. Like lets say for example a husband and wife are married, and the wife leaves the husband. If the Husband is angry and full of hatred afterwards- that's how he destroyed love by narrowing it down to it being dependent on her behavior.
