When the TASVideos community reject a TAS run of a game not for the quality of the TAS, but for the actual game itself, that's when you know you've got a god-awful game. XD
there was 1500 carts. all 1500 where purchased in 1997 by a man named sean roche. he found them in a warehouse. he paid a dollar each for them! $1500! now the game today is a serious collectors item selling for big amounts. i'm glad i got my copy of it when i did.the game play is horrible and thats why people say it is not worth .000000001 of a PENNY.
It never was released, although Active Enterprises had plans to do such. We have the ROM today because some warehouse had about 2000 cartridges sitting around (interestingly, they were literally gutted cartridges of the Action 52 but with a Cheetahmen II sticker applied).
As for the quality? Licensed or not, it's still terrible. ;P
You know that there was originally supposed to be a Cheetahmen 3?
