Forgettign the stories for a minute, I think the Bible also offers great wisdom which I would teach my kids. That's not stupid to me at all. And also, other religions make the same points and offer the same words of wisdom, such as Buddhism. There's a great quote: wisdom is greater than gold, I wholly agree. If you want to, go ahead and hate on every aspect a religion offers, but I believe there are life lessons from certain religions that anybody of any belief, or lack of, can benefit from.
