Rose was never my favorite mostly because her portrayal with Christopher Eccleson was mostly as someone who causes problems for the doctor.... like how she saved her father? I thought Donna was just portrayed as generally smarter. THEN, AFTER Rose had left once, she suddenly became a badass ....
