  • I was a bit disappointed with Dragon Age, Drakensang seems more RPG for me. DA is rather like interactive movie with lots of tactical fighting (not a bad thing but I expected more from Bioware). I see many advatages of DraSa over DA, especially skills developement and usefulness. Another thing I hated in DA, no matter what skills had your companions only your own had any impact during dialogues and that's not the case in DraSa. Also DA is sometimes more like gore movie parody than dark fantasy.

  • Oh man, I could just see me replaying the game for the 3rd time already, if it weren't for those 2-3 nightmarish encounters/dungeons later on... Oh well, have fun, it's worth it, 'specially the first time.

  • More non-combat? How quaint and ironic.

  • Yes, there seems to be skill checks for just about everything you do in this game (except perhaps right-clicking on an object, although I wouldn't be surprised if that required Perception). Some might find this a bit annoying, but I'm geeky enough to like it...

  • "Right Click" Epic Failure, everyone dies, all saves deleted, bet perception looks good now don't it?

  • I like the game for a while, but it was so linear that i dropped it, but who knows i might have stopped to early

  • Possibly. The only complaints I've heard so far from old school RPG fans is that the game is a bit too easy, so I installed an unofficial fixpatch which is supposed to make the game a bit more challenging.

  • ahhh it was easy, that sounds like a good mod
