what a great great movie! love the camera techniques, the casts, the music, ahhh everything! Very artistic and not over entertaining like the remade one. perfect!

I loved this film - it has such a fine touch to it and it's utterly adorable. It was also a great deal less Hollywoody than I expected it to be from the trailer. Oh, and the food looked really, really good.

"No Reservations" is a suck remake of a foreign film. What's up with Americans taking a great movie and remaking it? Are those hollyweirdos out of original ideas?

I don't know why they do that with movies and I WISH they didn't. I'm American and I would MUCH rather see an original film than a crappy remake. Plus, I love hearing movies in other languages anyway.

This is the original movie that the US Catherine Zeta-Jones film "No Reservations" was based on. I prefer this version so much more. Martina Gedeck and Sergio Castilletto have way better chemistry and are more believable in the leading roles.

that`s a good way to learn german XD i mean i imagine it is waay better than learning the damn grammar ( i am german i am allowed to say that XD). i wish we`d do something like that in our english lesson....

Sergio Castellitto is hot as hell in this. Does not look like he would be, but he grows on you. Totally effective. That kiss is one of the best ever committed to film. Nice job.

La industria del cine estadounidense sólo sabe hacer dos cosas:

1)películas en serie llenas de tópicos y de escenas de acción o pretendidamente románticas.

2) copiar las buenas pelis europeas quitándoles toda la gracia que tenían y simplificándolas. Lo hicieron con Abre los ojos (Vanilla Sky) y ahora con Bella Martha (No reservations).

@JJPCTrigger olvidas que hay una buena peli Argentina llamada 9 reinas, y Hollywood le hizo un remake quitándole la gracia ... si no la has visto recomiendo verla ... primero la argentina y luego la versión hollywoodense para que te des cuenta... saludos!

I saw this movie like 4 years ago.When I saw the trailer for "no Reservations" I was aliitle uneasy. Can't we come up with our own movies here instead of remaking foreign ones.
