Obama isn't the first black president either. He's biracial as he is half white. There are some claims that Jackson, Lincoln, Harding, and Coolidge had black ancestors. The most credible of which is Harding whose great-grandmother was black. Sorry BO, you're not the first or last.

It is well documented the Clinton Administration had full knowledge of Rwanda's "genocide" in daily briefings and the USA also dissuaded other Western nations from assisting (listen from 5:15-6:05 on this video posting about his apology). Practically, Orleans Parish and the state of Louisiana should not get a pass with regard to Katrina; Hurricane Betsy in 1965 showed the potential for another disaster and the tons of revenue generated could have been used to help prevent another disaster.
