@ichigoguy33 the idea is to make a seperate room for water. Follow the tutorial carefully, this video is pretty old now so you could probably find better ones somewhere

Ok Ive been trying to solve this problem for HOURS :x I have two main questions !

1. How do I add extra textures to my tga file ?

2. Why doesnt my water wave when animated ?

1. use a trle tool called something like tbuilder (google it)

2. you have to go onto animated textures button on the bottom right of the editor underneath the texture panel and then select all of your water textures and then adjust the animation settings.

how do u get to go on ur own made level ??? ive made one but cant get on it

Make sure you've loaded a set of objects (e.g tut1.was) the go to project->output wad->tut1.wad (trle folder/graphics/wads/)

then go to tom2pc (aka level converter, or ng one if you have it) and load up tut1.wad and build all then go onto tomb4.exe and play "Playable Tutorial level"

just click on the black square in the 2d view (top left) and either click door again or press delete

What do you mean you can't make seperate rooms, all you have to do is click where it says "room x (x= room number) and select another room and it creates it.

Do you need NG scripter for this to work??? Plus the water animation flow...do you need the NG or you can also use TRLE to see the water flow???

If you do this.. the water will flow. and you dont need ng scripter, if you did it would be in tutorial

Dont use toggle oppacity use toggle oppacity 2 and take of no collison for better results!

Yes.. I did this too as I just realised i did that in the tutorial

click on the door on your top water room on the plan view (black squares)

Delete it then select the area you want to lead to the water room then click on "Door"

then texture it again (in tutorial)
