    I'm wondering if you could add the pasta in the dutch oven at the point the recipe says you should simmer with the lid off and pour it in a ovendish and cook it in the oven for 30-45 minutes?

  • How does this sauce freeze? It seems to me more economical (yep, it's the crisis biting...) to make a BIG batch once in a while and (if the meat sauce lends itself to it), freeze it in zip-lock bags.
