@USMCplusMETAL Eh not really, i mean, you do have to eat/drink/sleep occasionally, but, there is so much food/drink in the world that its never really a challenge. Because there are so many food/drink items i think that if anything it detracts from the realism of the game because one would think that these items would be scarce in a nuclear wasteland.

@Mr28WeekSkater i havent actually finished my playthrough (i playthrough whichever quest im going to be doing without fraps, then once again with fraps) so i'm far from completeing the game, but ive heard that the only reward is an achievement (yay)

@Mr28WeekSkater completing the game on hardcore gets you a pretty 100g for 360,im sure a silver/gold trophy on ps3 and for pc probobly nothing...hardcore is only for the realism of course...

@Mr28WeekSkater according to sources you simply get a high achievment. maybe something extra but thats all I have heard.
