  • Can't beat a Goooouranga!!!

  • quality game! remember playing this whilst tripping my bollocks off on LSD, all the cars looked like thy were going backwards. good times.

  • When they bother me ourside the HMV in London, trying to convert me, I remember this game and wish I had a car.

  • @GP850mA i don't think the International Society for Krishna Consciousness would be very happy with any of us !! We were manipulated in to brutally murdering righteous people for GOURANGA

  • who are the orange gouranga ppl they look like shaolin monks lol

  • hahaha GOURANGA was the fookin one laa!

  • Gouranga !!! :D

  • Hare Krisnaaa Hara haaare xDD

  • GTA 2 is better than first. Gta 2 is probably best gta. Not that gta 1 was not great but gta 2 is more fun when you can save and not just do the story.

  • @Kelol100 No, chinatown for the ds is the best. and I played gta1 in '97 on the pc, so this is coming to you from an old schooler. (shouts to gouranga.com for staying up all these years).

  • LETS GO PARTY

    LETS GO PARTY

    LETS GO PARTY

    LETS GO PARTY

    LETS GO PARTY

    LETS GO PARTY

    LETS GO PARTY

  • The first game i had on my pc... awesome

  • @Kuhne1337 yeah, this is the first game I pirated and its rars came in 1.44mb portions for floppies!

  • Still got this game somewhere <3

It was awesome. No fancy graphics, but pure awesome.

    <3

  • this gta used to be th shit

  • @ShadowLance87 you're wrong, instead the game run much better on more modern systems, for example i had a old celeron D and 1GB of ram, with dosbox the game lagged so much...now with a dual core and 4GB of ram the game runs smooth like the video (or original dos)

  • This game is the sole reason I got a Play Station back then. Otherwise it would of been N64 all the way. Though I have a clear orange N64 now lol. Who didnt wish they had one of them? They just dont make games like they used to. Nowdays they are too real. Its all tom clancy games. And they are too hard. Has anyone beat that RAAM guy at the end of gears? fuck that. those games are more frustrating than fun.

  • @crazfulla

I agree. Back then I just feel the 'magic' in playing these old school games. Maybe because I was like 7 yrs old at that time.

Anyway my point is games today are not as fun as it used to be. Like you said they are all hard for people playing mindless FPS. The essence of games back then is gone.

  • @impalabeeper I've the exact same opinion... The only game today is cock of daddy modern noobgame 2

  • @unnoon

I did like MW2 but the story, if you're a miltary buff, would find it pretty stupid.

  • @crazfulla

Yes, today's gamers are lifeless 8 year olds :(

  • @crazfulla lol RAAMs really easy you just need to play co-op, although I'm sure you've beat him by now. BTW can you upload any flamethrower videos from original GTA? I used to crack up at the way the people yelled when you lit them up with it, most bizzare high pitched scream ever.

  • @SoulControllerAve...SoulConTrollerAve you're a straight up bitch playing with games and stupid ass bullshit on you tube what a fucking loser you're lol

  • @OnlySoulMusicHere "what a fucking losing you're"......you're what?

  • @OnlySoulMusicHere ... SoulConTrollerAve...you're the fucking loser bitch.cartoon watching faggot mother fucker!!!

  • I spent hours upon hours playing this game, but do any of you old schoolers remember that you could put a music cd in your PC and it would play your music in the cars? They had that feature since the very first game. Impressive for the 90s.

  • @unbancaustiq yea i remember that..it wasnt that big of a deal tho..alot of sega saturn games did the same...thats when "Enhanced CD's" came out...music cds u put in ur PC and there would be music videos and extra shit....i remember the Wu-Tang forever album had mad shit

  • According to GTA 2's PS1 Manual (which i have), The Hare Krishna's from GTA 1 where tired of being run over in a row over and over by cars.

So you know what they did? THEY CREATED THE HARE KRISHNA GANG that appears in GTA 2 o.e

  • Good times...

  • man this is nostalgic !

  • THIS GAME was brilliant

    now its all 3d yuck

  • GOURANGA!

  • shit maaan this is priceless

  • oh, the sweet memories...

  • brings back memories awesome game

  • It's too bad they don't have gouranga in any of the subsequent games. I was really hoping that GTA China Town Wars being a top shooter would at least include it....

  • I love the rhythm, sung by this guys. :D

  • I've always wondered what their exact words were...

  • whahahah, great stuff!

  • It's "Current the borrow" said in beginning?

  • fuckin awesome

  • 25000 points... Ba-Zing!

  • ahahaha i used 2 make them follow me and lead them into the train tracks the idiots would all electrocute themselves for like 100000 points

  • no doubt

  • hahaa good times!! what i love bout this game is the birds eye view. On the pc version you can press some keys and you can burp and fart, when you get eletricuted on the rail way tracks you can continue burping and farting haha. Also what cracks me up is that the 'gouranga guys' (thats what i used to call em lol) they are like chanting something. good good times.

  • YEAHHHHHH MANNN, I remember that !!!!! i rememberrr, I did it lot of times !!!!!!! hahahaha BIG GTA 1 !!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I saw a car with a liscence plate that said GOURANG

    lolled pretty hard

  • my friends acura his plates say gouranga

  • I don't remember an audio announcement ever being in it. Maybe that is only in certain versions of the game or on certain operating systems?

  • Must be. I definitely remember it being in it. I even compared notes with a few mates and they remember it too. The one I had was the UK psx version.

  • @crazfulla in mine if you kill all of them the announcer would say "GOOOOURANGA!"

  • @crazfulla PC version. Not the console trash. Game was even tailored for 3Dfx graphics cards.

I remember dragging my computer over to my friend's house and null modeming our computers to play head-to-head. Good times.

  • where's the announcer??

    "Goooooooourangaaaaa!"

  • I mentioned this as well and TheCommanderNZ nearly had a bitch fit lol. It must only be in the PSX version or something

  • No way. I have it on my old Win98 machine. The guy definitely announces "Gouranga", which just makes it so much more fun to run over Hare Krishnas.

  • It was the best thing about running 'em over. I can't look at a Hare Krishna in the street anymore without giggling like a little girl, because everytime I see them I just imagine them getting mowed down and someone shouting "GOURANGA!" :D

  • I think my driving was actually quite good there lmao, usually I crash every five seconds because if anyone remembers this game you would know how annoying it is that you can't see very far ahead with the RTS style view...

  • you're the shit, sir.

    GOURANGA

  • !!!

crazy LAN fun at school instead of boring C++ programming year 1998-2000 =)

what better that killin each other with your class mates ?!

  • GOOOOOOOOOORANGA!

  • everyone came hear for the same reason

    Gouranga!!

  • Doesn't the announcer usually shout Gouranga as well?

  • No he doesnt

  • YEAHHHHHH

  • lolL!L!L!L!L!L!!

  • Gouranga ! [2]

  • Thanks for postin this, I just randomly thought of this and thought it might be on here.

  • For years, I have always randomly said, Grrrand Theft Auto! Also when something nasty/gory happens, "Gouranga!" I used to play the shit outta this game. GTA2 still has the best cop/army battle balance.

  • Awesome! Got me back a couple of years!

  • JAJAJ!!! MASTERPIECE!!! gracias por subirlo!!

  • Gouranga !

  • AHAHAHAHAH
