I really don't like how Kindred Blades turned into T2T. I mean, if Ubisoft just ignored the die-hard SOT fans (the jackasses who just had to bitch about Kindred Blades being too similar to WW, saying it'll ruin the PoP series), then Kindred Blades would've kicked ass. Didn't they realize when the Prince put the sand in the hourglass and rewind time, everything that happened in Sands of Time NEVER EXISTED IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! So Warrior Within was really a new series altogether.

Agreed! They completely eradicated the characters. The Prince was supposed to be much more dominant and agressive in this one, but instead that role was given to Farah who basically whipped his ass into being a friggin loser. Even Kaileena was ripped off of her badass character and became well fagish as you put it.

If KB had proceeded as planned in the beginning, it would have been the best POP ever.

it's a shame that they screwed up pop4

they probably couldn't make another story with sands of time, but it was a big mistake to make prince "immortal" and completely change fighting. You don't have those cool fighting moves anymore and there are no traps(because you can't die), it's too easy, you can't change your weapon, fighting is too slow and it's all about defending and waiting for right moment to strike...for me, that's prince of persia only in title :(

They should have kept with the first 3 in terms of time line and gameplay. It would've been so much better if they had made a sequel to the alter ego story we saw in Two Thrones but instead they had to just go ahead and taint the franchise with that crappy prequel they made on next gen. And Ubisoft didn't launch this one because some reviews didn't like WW design.

T2T isn't bad at all, but i'd got the feeling that the game wasn't complete

Cuz theres nothing to improove in the old one. Theres already been the same combat style in 2 games in a row and u juz have to admit-theres nothin much to improve. first one was proteus for the first 3 games,

then sands of time trilogy had dastan who was like heoric guy turned bad and backinto kingdom saving,

and then the new trilogy is about Sinbad.

So hes a badass sailor, doesnt give a fuck about anything he just steals, drinks buy women, and then repaeats the pattern.

On paper, this game seemed to have it all but when I played it, it just seemed to be lacking something that Warrior Within had. Maybe it was them tweeking the fighting, I just liked the art style of WW more, and I didn't think they did that good of a job with the Dark Prince. During his sequences they should have had mobs of people fighting you at the same time instead of a hand full and them being infinite. That's my opinion on the game. I still liked it though.
