Lo! He comes with clouds descending, Once for favoured sinners slain; Thousand thousand saints attending, Swell the triumph of His train: Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Christ appears on earth to reign Every eye shall now behold Him Robed in dreadful majesty; Those who set at naught and sold Him, Pierced and nailed Him to the tree, Deeply wailing, deeply wailing, deeply wailing, Shall the true Messiah see.
The dear tokens of His passion Still His dazzling body bears; Cause of endless exultation To His ransomed worshippers; With what rapture, with what rapture, with what rapture, Gaze we on those glorious scars! Yea, amen; let all adore thee, High on thine eternal throne; Saviour, take the power and glory; Claim the kingdoms for thine own: Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Thou shalt reign, and thou alone.
It's a great hymn and I''m trying to stick it out for the descant another poster mentioned, but the electronic sound is pretty dreadful and the fake echo is really bad.
May Christ bless this organist with many more years on the bench. I found this while preparing my sermon for the last Sunday of the Church Year (Christ the King) when we turn our attention to Christ's return. Prefer this, the Ralph Vaughn Williams tune. Picardy is pretty but this better reflects the glory of Christ, the Returning King. Many thanks for lifting my heart.

The organist is probably using the brass stops. This song is somewhat of a fanfare.
Great organ in my opinion. :)
