I took suicide intervention training and was surprised and am now aware that the best solution is get the person with suicidal intentions to start talking about why they feel that way. 99% of those who open up and begin talking usually stop thinking that way. Most important, the listener MUST be trustworthy and strong. Not stubborn but truly strong.
2:19 - Sadly this may not happen anytime soon. Normal bullying still happens just about every school day. Schools don't care if some kids get roughed up as long as they get good grades and don't make the school board look bad. Btw before I get thumbs downs I was teased in school. Not for sexual purposes but because I was a quiet goodie-two-shoes and for some reason being quiet AND being a good person is like bait to bullies.

I love transgender people. They really have it bad though. There's even transphobia in the LGB community. I hope this changes one day soon.
