hmmmn, i thought police rescue arresting someone participating in an apparently dangerous activity by way of an archaic and unskilled belittling method IS a normal course of their duties... as opposed to what the police spokesman described... and im pretty sure he was climbing above a roof that would prevent him from harming any on-lookers should he fall. just classic sensationalism and over-reacting by the inept law-enforcement.
