J4P, I am a big fan of your early work. As a member of the militia movement in the USA, I had been a big supporter of everything you have said and been associated with. HOWEVER, if you were actually innocent, why is it I never hear you say these charges are completely false and the accusers are lying? Say on tape they are lying if they are. the only problem is is that the people in these agencies, like the police, are expertly trained on how to get information, and if need be, corrupt and twist it to suit their own narrative...its complete folly to think you can play wits with these professionals and "win". its why any lawyer will tell you to reserve your right to remain silent.

I have thousands of hours of audio tape and hundreds of letters. My case never even went to court while I was accused of sexually arousing my son. @knowthingman Thank you brother. I am in the clear, but am fighting to ensure my fellow man does not fall in the deep pits formed by CPS and the state for men. It took me three years of hard battle, but my strategy worked. Admittedly it took a lot of guts and determination to do it. I too had the cops threaten and intimidate me. They could have ripped my nerves out and trampled on them, I still would not have given up. I was prepared to die and go to jail before I gave up on my children!

My daughter obviously had no idea of the results of her "assumed" actions...her intent was all that mattered to her. She wanted to live with grandma...the person who was always on her side and always made her wrongs...right. Little did my daughter know that by making the accusations that she made, she could have sent me to prison for the rest of my life...all because she wanted to live in an environment that allowed her to be the way that she wanted to be.

So, as we all see now, my daughter was only seeking a way to find an avenue to allow her to be a "wild child" as her birth mother and step father somewhat allowed. @July4Patriot If I may add to this. I am an advocate for the rights of children and families. I have seen hundreds of cases where CAS/CPS and the police will get children to say just about anything to get a man convicted. They threaten and intimidate the child(ren) who will then say things that are not true. In one case I have seen a police video where a CAS worker performs a vaginal exam on a 3 year old girl to try and frame the father. In another police video they doctored it to frame dad.
