  • Thank you for doing such a good tutorial that quickly gets to the points...some people just do the most annoying tutorials!

  • Dude, good info but you've gotta slow down when you're trying to teach someone. Geeezzzzz, too much coffee??? You were going way to fast.

  • youre grounded!!!

  • really thanks for the vid is really helpfull :) !

  • Thanks very much this was a major help in getting started quickly! Thanks for taking the time to make this video.

  • really nice for begginers like me! thanks!

  • thanks man!

  • help help... i dont have stimulation tool bar

,,, plz guide me to get it :)

    advance thanks

  • audio is barely audible.

  • THank you very much for this tutorial. It is what I need to start from scratch.

  • Thx for the video.. how many devices there are in pspice? 'cause ISIS doesn't have switching regulators for make a simple switched power supply. :S.. can I design a printed circuit board in it?? ..

  • @Italian2510 I uninstalled and installed Capture 5 times before I found this out what a headache!

  • Nice, keep working on tutorials like this one.

  • Did I hear a dog?? :D

  • I'm really rusty with pspice so your tutorial was very handy to show me the basics again. Thanks for uploading

  • Does this work on Vista?

  • thanks for the video. it is very useful for me

  • hola! :)

  • Excellent!

  • Very good tutorial. Post some more info on Capture, Pspice, Layout if you have time.

Thank you for this good information.

  • hello mr.

how to chnge the value and get the symbol such as ohm and micro?

    plis reply ASAP

  • is the schematic and orcad different software.

need to got both to make circuit and graph?

  • to the uploader. U really know not just about pspice but also the circuit theory itself. U pin point some important facts which some uploader failed to explain.

    Thanks uploader.!

  • you were recording while using touchpad? :P

  • Very helpful video; our prof told us absolutely nothing on how PSPICE worked.

  • very good, thanks.

  • thnx buddy,like ur voice

  • Whoever you are, thank you very much...

  • I'm missing the simulation bar thingy, where can I get them?

  • @kathillina Mine's doing he same thing, I'm missing the Pspice drop-down menu in Capture. It's really weird

  • @kathillina figured it out. When you go to open Capture, right click on the program and click "run as administrator." Now it should display the Pspice menu. Don't ask me why this works, but it does lol.

  • @Italian2510 I don't know how you figured that out, but it's a life-saver! Just saved me hours of scratching my head.

  • @Italian2510 Thanks for you comment, it helped me out...I was going crazy trying to figure it out. Thanks. :)

  • @Italian2510

    Thanks, man.

  • @Italian2510 Thanks a lot!

  • @Italian2510 Thank you for posting this! I could not figure it out. my name is not bethfetterman

  • Thanks for this video, my stupid lab teacher did not show the class how to work with this program, she thought we knew how to do this, even though we are freshmen.

  • Circuit wizard is much better, were is the visaul displays and animations ?

  • did it just go "zzznnnn"?

  • thank you

    well explained

    !!!

    Good bless :)

  • Hey!!! Thank you very much.

  • Thanks for posting

  • very,very helpfull :) thanks

  • This helped me a lot. I have one question how should i use a diode???

how do i find it as a symbol or how do i place it (source + resistor) on a schematic.?

    thank you very much.

  • thank u very much ^.^ that was so helpful !!!!!!

  • The Play button isn't where yours is... Could you help me? Or do you know a shortcut or something?

  • lanat hai nerds!!!

  • Thx It really helps me!!!

  • how do u place a transistor

  • thanks man this helped me alot

  • My pspice doesn't have a pspice menu or an option to simulate, anyone know why?

I downloaded the free student version of pspice

  • If you are on vista or windows 7 you need to run the program as an administrator for it to link to pspice.

  • I figured that out last night, I now have the Pspice menu, but when I make a new simulation the options window to perform a DC sweep or other options won't come up.

I got fed up with it and removed windows 7, I put xp back on my comp, works without a prob.

  • whats this used for?

  • hello, can i know how can i equate the equivalent resistance in pspice??

  • Hey thanks a lot!

  • Thank you so much xBlueCoconuts! you really helped me alot. :) I am really new to pspice, and my professor wants us to use pspice to do our homework and I was so worried about that.

What if we have a transformer? I used the XFRM_Linear from the 'Design Cache' folder and let's say if we have a turning ratio of 4:1. how can we set that up?

Also I've got a hint: Use AC analysis and sweep the value of the component (let's say we call it R). What does that mean?

    Thank you so much! :)
