They came back from the future cuz they learned the lesson, Phoebe was right her sisters wanted to save her but it wouldn't be right, cuz at the end of the day she killed the man, even if he was evil she let her evil side take over her, good it was just a lesson so they could learn and they can now prevent it from happening
