It's pretty interesting that no Mario games made the list; I mostly agree with the list. I love Mario and I'm not a Zelda fan by no means, but the 2007 Mario games basically ranged from being "Decent" to "Good" IMO. Neither Mario Party DS or March of the Minis 2 made a REALLY big impact on the DS scene at that time.

here is a list of the best nintnedo ds games mario kart/ new super mario bros/mario party/ super mario 64/ mario and sonic at the olympic games/ dragonball z super sonic warriors 2/ mario hoops 3 on 3/ metriod prime hunters /ninja geiden dragon sword/ zelda: phantom hour glass/ pokemon diamond version/os pearl version/they all are good games but ninja geiden won me with the 3-D gameplay and action i rate it a 9.1 out of 10
