I worked one season with a seedmaster airseeder built in 2006 or 2007.
The seed- and feralizer-placement is excellent, so is the ammount of power you need to pull the seeder.
But I would suggest you to change the metering completely. That whole idea with those cups doesn't work well. They get plugged on big seeds like fava beans and small seeds like canola gets blown away when it becomes windy.
Maybe you should take a look at European seeding equipment. Horsch does a great job, Lemken as well.
