To b more specific, u have a beautiful Smooth Softshell (as opposed 2 an Eastern Spiney or Florida). I'd b careful about allowing him 2 walk on concrete as the plastron is extreemly sensitive to abasion leading to dark sores and fungus. When he goes "walk about", better to leave him on the grass. Any basking place in tank should likewise be of very smooth stone or better, cork bark.
