My gators doing well and I had him for over a week now hes realy cool I clean his tank twice a week and I feed him gold fish I will build an outdoor habitat for him. great video
@deerhunterken871 thanks i would buy a filtration system just because each time you clean the cage you throw off they chimical balance in the water witch is important its just like keeping fish and gold fish are something that should be avoided they chimical that makes them gold is harmful to reptiles try minnows chicken pices crickits roaches and anything else for the most part no do food though not to be insulting just trying to help
@coolangel281 first do the resurch you dont want a croc a alligator takes a huge 20ft by 20ft cage a caiman is mean and super fast but always the best bet for a biggener
@Orrange123 so far i keep them almost all of them are rescues i do have a zoo that will take them if i ever get to that point that i can no longer keep them the winter i have to use these cages in the sumer i working on some ponds with finces around them of corse
@GWRevolutionTV make him feel safe hold his feet dont let them dangle talk soft and quitely to him i am makeing a vid for croc week on handling check it out it should be up in about a mouth
@Womanhead666 wow um ya that is all true up till the word by past there its all bs i got four books in front of me that says that a bunch of shit i have seen 100s of gators left in to small of cages you wana talk about deformed and messed up poor animals its sad as hell
ok i have n idea the (MIGHT) work if so how to have a extra good size pool and wood make a porch amost even with the water wand a strong fence around it thats if you have the stuff your rich and/or your gator is to big
@venomman20 Hey venomman20 i was wondering if i could get your opinion. I have a 3ft gator and hes in a 100 gallon tank right now but im getting ready to order a stock tank. Do you recommend any particular size? I was thinking a 320 gallon or something bigger Since he will continue to grow. Also what type of lid could i put over the tank? Do they have screen lids that come with the tank or should i just make my own? thanks.
@reptiliandomination1 the best way to go is a waterland tub just because there not round witch is a pain and a wast of space they alredy have the land taken care of and there huge but as far as a top you have to make something poly tanks are great but i just wish they made square ones its your choice the biger the beter
@stripesb2000 8 foot long thats still a baby i have a cage right now for a 8 footer better question what am i going to do when he gets 14 foot and then i would have to do some remodeling
@MrDante0304 working with it wise idk the bigest i have ever worked with was only 13 foot but i think i could wing the other five space wise i am ether useing a green house for all my crocs and gators or my basement is going to need some work with dirt water and heating and such the zoo i work at also has some room if all else fails
@reptiliandomination1 i have a great breeder so no its not hard for me to get one but they are hard to take care of they are fast strong and mean by nature
@marilee1595 ya if i couldent keep mine there whole life i wouldent have them just because i wouldent want to pass my problem off on someone else unless there is no other way possible and because it wouldbe heart breacking to let one of my little gators go like that
@marilee1595 right now he six foot so hes still quite small but his growing will start slowing down soon i have worked with gators and croc for 7 years now all sizes from hatchlings to 13 footers i hope to get a large green house going with underground pex pipeing runing hot water under it for heat in the winter but i have also been looking into geothermal wells but thats complicated anyway other wise i got a good zoo i have worked at wouldent mind haveing him if anything happens to where i cant
@qdatmoney well thanks and you would be suprised i have had reptiles for 18 years now and have dedicated my life to studying and teaching people about these amazing reptiles but alot of people have them for the shock factor and nothing else so if they alredy have them they might as well have a good cage for them
@venomman20 ohh, i understand & snakes can sense things like if your scard....most people shouldnt be afraid of them, How can you own an alligator and not get in trouble for having it, where i live they won't allow it
@KaitlynElaine1 where i live it is legal to own one its also legal to own venomous snakes as you can tell from my vids just state and county laws some places are overly strict on this i could go on for hours on this topic lol
@KaitlynElaine1 that is awesome they make the best pets my first snake was a corn snake and ya being fearful is good just dont hatethem cuz you dont understand them thats whats wrong with the world now days
i have seperate cages..i wouldent keep them together..do you know where i can get one by any chance? i ordered my alligator about a year ago i wanted to get a croc..please let me know thanx
@cmelone4 word of advice a croc is big faster and stronger they can and will kill first chance they get gators and crocs dont do well in the same cage hope u have alot of room i got mine at turtles and tortises
@08Batmanfan great question if i had a good answer for that one i would have a huge gator in my house in the winter i dont know i have been working on that one for a while i do know that diamond reptile breeders keep there water temp at 76f degrees if im not mistaken thats in the winter but im not sure how they do it i can ask around and get back to ya
@venomman20 Thank you for replying to my comment I appreciate it, i have one more question however, what do you need too have in an outside enclosure too insure the Reptile's prosperity and survival?
@08Batmanfan well it all depends on the size of the gator or croc i dont take mine out until they are at least five feet long just so they can fight off anything the could get in the enclosure like a coon or such they can climb well kinda so i try to make a over vert section at the top of the fince just in case or a second fince about four feet away from the fist so its harder for the croc to get out that the last thing that should hapen i like my pounds about four-five feet deep so the water
@08Batmanfan the stl zoo keeps theres out all year but they heat the water in the ponds to about 70 on a cold winter day the gators will be out basking
Hey man what do you do when there bigger cuz I raise alligators. I hear crocs and caimans are more mean and harder to work with how have they been with you ?
Hei man wassup, did any of your crocodilians ever jump out of there enclosure, like how tall is safe were u wont have to worry about em goin on there land and jumping out?
@SnakesNPits1 ya they are great at jumping if u dont put the lid back on the cage they get out in a jiffy but its a good guess to make the sides of the cage 3/4 the legnth of the animal at least taller is always better
@TheConnorolson i dont think any one should handle venomous snakes with out proper training and you cant get that by watching a vid so i dont want people to think you can so no on that one im working on one on how to work with big snakes safely

Alligators are able to adapt to their environment by stunning their growth so they dont outgrow the space theyre limited to
