  • thank you pope its through you we feel the presence of Jessus christ in our life God keep you safe our dear pope....

  • John Paul II is not a saint.

  • @LVCIVSDEI

shut up u dont know shit about him

  • @pertyEyes182

He will be but hew has to be beatified first.......

  • @hess1020

Caught that too rather strange and somewhat presumptuous.

  • Let's see....we have the Great Whore of Revelations astride the city of 7 hills (Rome) being run by an unrepentent ex-Nazi, who has openly condoned Male Prostitution.

So...the 'Whore' is overly in favor of 'whores' as an objective moral good.

Ah yes...God does indeed have a sense of humour! May He come quickly to destroy the Beast, as He promised!

  • @19lfm12 Christ for His bride can come at any moment -be ready.

Rome is not the only city with seven hills -Constantinople for an example for a few more..

Why is being anti-catholic OK in society?

Nothing but babel and sinful ignorance.

  • @Hkepfer 1) the Vatican is not the 'Bride of Christ'. As it does neither believe in nor LIVE His Gospel.

    2) Rome is obviously the seven hilled city of Revelations

    3) You are spouting the canned rhetoric of Opus Dei - founded by Escriva, who exhibited the classic signs of demonic possession.

    Leave him.

  • @19lfm12 you're an idiot. I'm sorry, I usually refrain from saying such things to individuals I do not know, but simply put, you're an idiot. Openly condoned male prostitution? Unrepentant Nazi? The Vatican is not without sin, of course, but they have been pioneers in human rights around the world. Shelters for the poor, people dying of aids, et cetera, have been established by them. Study your history, my friend, and don't read the Bible literally. Revelations? And you're condemning the Vatican?

  • Hi, you don't need a man to tell you if you can or can't wear a condom and why. Wake up and make your own decisions.

  • The first day of the week was kept sacred by Pagans to honor the sun god Mithra it was called "SUN"day . The Church admitted change 7th day Sabbath to "SUN"day to worship their

    "Sun god "

The Title Pontifex Maximus was the name for the original

Pagan Priesthood of the Holy Roman Empire . Pontifex Maximus is one of the first names for the office of Pope.

Pagan high priest king was believed to be the" incarnate " of the Sun god . The Pope proclaims to be Christ's Vicar (replacement) on Earth .

  • The Solar wheel was a symbol for Baal worship. It can be found carved in ancient as well as modern day Buddhist temples, and also representing Pagan god Osiris . Ancient carvings showing a Solar wheel used for representing an Assyrio Babylonian god . In St Peter's square, it has the largest solar wheel in the planet.

The Three letters of "S.F.S" within a small blaze was used by Pagans to represent the number "6" . The Letter S.F.S in a small blaze is carved into the Vatican Monstrance

  • Statues of the Egyptians goddess Isis has a globe in her hand . Hercules as a solar deity carried the very same globe in his hand . The Persian sun-god Mithra is also depicted with a globe in his hand . The Vatican has a solid gold statues of Je sus with the globe in his hand. Theirs also a black marble statue called "the black virgin of Montserrat" and a statue of a "child" in her lap , she has a globe in her hand.

  • The Pagan god Quetzalcoatl, the lord of life and death in the Aztec and Toltec cultures has an open chest with an exposed heart displayed. This was believed to be a sign of

" offering nourishment " to the Sun gods. Their are thousands of statues, paintings, posters, that have have Je sus as well as Mary depicted in the same kind of Pagan manner , and the Catholic church calls them "The sacred heart."

  • Symbols of the "Unicorn, Peacock, and Phoenix" are used in Pagan worship . These symbol was a sign of worshiping the " Sun god " . Symbols of the "Unicorn, Peacock, and Phoenix" are used to symbolize Christ's in churches on doors as well as in the sanctuarys holding of the Eucharist. Serpents are connected with deceit, and are used to symbolize deceitfulness . Symbol of serpent are on numerous Catholic churches and used for door handles. The Papal crests symbol has a Winged dragon serpent on it

  • @derekdb2 So according to these words posted -the Church, despite its authority, never could or should have never Christianized anything?

    No church bells

    No church towers

No church symbols: crosses, crucifixes, Lamb of G-D pictures -all that is False?

No it is not -Christ gave "the church" authority to loosen and bind.

    EGAD!

  • @Hkepfer Where in the Gospel does Christ mandate the lavishing of $billions on buildings & art works? Nowhere. While such are not evil of themselves, the fact is that is what the Vatican has done....rather then feed to poor& teach the Gospel by LIVING it!

'Loosing/binding' are warnings: whatever sins one holds bound, are held bound AGAINST YOU at your judgment. You will be judged by the same level of mercy you gave to others.

Like Scrooge, the Vatican Master bear a 'ponderous chain'.....

  • @19lfm12 Do you realize how many hungry the Catholic church feeds? How many sick and dying they comfort and support? More than an other institution on Earth. What does your church do? - That's right you don't have one. Think before you speak.

  • God Bless Pope Benedict XVI!

  • in 10 years they would condone stem cell research,in 20 years they would condone abortion and in 25 years they would even condone omosexuality.

its all so funny and ridicolous that i wonder how people can keep from laughing whenever they see a priest or a crucifix

  • @geiuy

The Church condones stem cell research already, so long as it does not destroy human embryo. We do not condone homosexual acts, but we are taught to love people who were made by God differently.

You are obviously prejudiced about the Catholic Church; you never outgrew the childish boredom you had when you were forced to go to church by your parents, and probably maintain that a life without any responsibility is the best. Or you're one of those easily-convinced college students.
