I'm from Cambridge and me and my familly decided to go on a guided punt the other day. We'd done so before. The 40 minute punt cost 3 of us more than it did to go to Alton Towers for a whole day O_O
i work on the river and you've pretty much overblown every aspect of the buisness. its the same as nearly every other tourist industry in existance, and when people say its all about money money money, what do you expect it to be about? since when has any1 ever done anything for free?

Interesting. Though I may be bias, as I am from Cambridge, and my brother is seen in this video. I hope it does well, but I have a feeling that people not from around here will have trouble idenifying with how you or I feel about the river.
Thanks for the comment. I'm hoping that is not the case as I feel that I can uncover some universal truths using the river as a microcosm for wider society. We'll se what comes out in the edit. Who's your brother?

My brother is one of the punting boys with a coat and hat on. He worked for Laurence down at the Mill pond.
Personally, I think you need to stick a few tits and a bit of swearing in anything to capture the simple minds of the public.
