I remember I dowload alot of his music just cuz i liked a few, and at 1st i didn't really like but a few of them, and then I looked up lyrics for them or just listened hard, and realize that you could any lupe song at random and have it have excellent lyricism in it, he is truely a great lyrical poet.

"Go go gadget flow" is a homage to his hometown Chicago also called "The Go".

In this song Lupe puts up a flow that he rarely uses.Its the very specific way they rap in Chicago.

From to point of view of hiphop,its the perfect way to showing love for your city.

Lupe said that he didnt paid enough homage to his city on the fist album.Thats why he made the song.

I believe that the purpose of enemy of the state is to show off his lyrical ability, to make a statement of possibly expand his fan base for his next album.. But even if you listen closely, sometimes there is still some substance to the songs that are about nothing.
