Is it just me or does it seem like everyone in this vid is pure bullshit? "Pyschic mediums" bending info. to create their little "occurences" and selling their stories. It's like you could call them up and falsely tell them there's strange things going on in the house you live in and they'd show up and find all kinds of things and experience all kinds of scary feelings. Lorraine Warren is so terrified and feels close to Hell, yet she returns to the house. When neighbors were interviewed, they said Kathy was polite, warm, friendly, and never appeared terrified or concerned. The priest came out and admitted it was a hoax. George Lutz can barely keep a straight face while he's interviewed. The book is absolutley spooky, yet unbelievable, the entire thing was a great, scary movie, nothing more. Kathy ran to her church in Arizona, probably begging forgiveness.
@ShortySOM The picture isn't a hoax per say.. what happened is there was a journalist there that night that looks IDENTICAL too that image I don't know his name but he had a messy bowl cut hair style, glasses, a flannel shirt ... and had a very young looking face . he went upstairs checking on equipment and just looking around . I believe the pic. was of him bending down just checking on something. If you see pics of this guy you would be convinced! I was crushed myself when I learned of this.

She strikes me as someone whose talking about this from a very credible position. As far as I'm concerned, most of the players, skeptics included, really lack credibility. They let personal battles and egos taint the Amityville case and we will sadly never know the truth about it.

I've read the book by jay Anson and all I know is one thing. I would'be fled that house alot sooner than they did. If I'd lived there and I'd experienced/witnessed even the first couple of things that they said they did, I'd have been otta that house immediately. And even if I had stayed longer, I certainly would've left right after I'd seen a chair rocking all by itself and people levitating off their beds! That's what reeks of a hoax. Why didn't they leave the house alot sooner?
