I bite my nails all the time!!! so I started to get solar nails or acrylic nails on and I stopped because its not the same thing as bitting plastic :D and also I started to but the shit to make your own nails at sallys so its cheaper than paying 20-30 bucks for nails and its a GREAT hobby!!! luv it!

Oh my god! I have a horrible habit of biting my nails too! If you put a rubber band on your wrist and snap yourself with it everytime you bite, it helps. Ive just stopped and my nails are finally growing! :DD

Hey, this problem can be fixed! So I thought I'd tell you about how I did.

My mom can't stand it when I bite my nails so she bought me something called Nail Biter, its a liquid you spread on your fingers and it is absolutely disgusting, so this prevents you of putting your mouth on your nails, and my nails grew back and I've stopped biting them. Just don't eat finger food with it, it puts the bad taste on it, it's gross D:
