what a brilliant idea. the mickey mouse short was in disneys breakthrough musical masterpiece fantasia. i expect imagination will have run riot. i look forward to this one. be great if theres a proper homage to the mop sequence in the sorcerers apprentice. it seems very symbolic since disneys mickey mouse character is a symbol of the whole company and sorcerers apprentice is mickeys most memorable episode

I thought it was funny that its called "The Sorcerers apprentice" when thats the name of Mickey Mouse mini film with the sorcerer. Where Mikey puts on his hat and makes the mops and brooms bring water till everything is flooded. If you look at 2:14 it shows with mops filling the room with water. Thought that was a pretty funny reference to the Mickey mouse short.
