  • After hearing his "I don't remember, its kind of fuzzy" I was thinking that maybe all the blood went to his muscles instead of his brain. Does this happen?

  • @nukemm33 I have thought that before because when ever I bench a lot of weight (same with my friends) we don't remember what exactly went on in our minds while we lifted lol. My friend (who is way stronger than me) lifted max weight and he could hardly remember even lifting it after lol.

  • @MMAxJC

Actually, a buff guy with a gun is a bigger target, and it's much more akward taking cover in areas of limited space.

Perhaps you should spend some time on the battlefield before running your mouth about things you don't understand.

  • holy shit

  • In Basque Country they use to lift this stone with one hand, this is ridiculous

  • Should be retitled How to get a Hernia

  • derek poundstone owns joooo! 0_o

  • Holy fuck, if he can do that, imagine how far he could chuck a 100 pound person, what a monster

  • I'm from Pittsburgh PA too. where do you lift at?

  • well, i could roll it underneath...

  • @EtekEgoLameo

    even that is probably impressive!!

  • What happened to this guy? Is he still competing?

  • ewww....

  • this must require so much finger strength too, damn

  • this dude must wreck girls in bed...

  • @SuperKoolaid65 He wrecks women!

  • you better keep training or else Derek poundstone will take that title away from you. :P

  • This man IS Atlas.

  • hes to tall, he barelys lifts it up, but holy SHIT beast

  • Comment removed

  • Fantastic!!!!

  • i'd rather buy a gun.... much easier.

  • @ZzRvXzZ Buff man with a gun > regular man with a gun

  • @monkeythelamar nope

  • @monkeythelamar Tell that to Simo Häyhä's skinny ass

  • @DixieNormas07 People don't snipe modern day, he'd get wrecked in a pistol fight

  • @monkeythelamar Cool story bro but about 200 of his 700 kills were with a smg so he could handle close range fight just fine

  • @DixieNormas07 Cool story bro but wikipedia isnt right

  • @ZzRvXzZ yea, exactly, cause ur a weak pethatic bitch instead of a real man

  • @MMAxJC

    "a real man"

oh yeah, real man.. why don't you go to iraq and punch the terrorists in the face and kill them all?

    haha ignorant retard.

  • beastly

  • @stevemcgranahan Don't worry steve no one can take your title as the worlds strongest redneck haha.

  • How tall is this guy???

  • scariest mofo on earth

  • macdonald from mcdonalds? or what

  • Pretty impressive - handling 500 lbs on a barbell is extremely difficult for most people. Imagine llifting an Atlas stone that weighs even more than that.

  • @13andincrediblycut why do you go around to all these videos saying you can lift this shit and stuff.. if you can than post a vid on your channel and prove it..

  • Whatever happened to this guy?

  • Aparently Arnold Stone lifted 560... In 1967, Schwarzenegger competed in and won the Munich stone-lifting contest, in which a stone weighing 508 German pounds (254 kg/560 lbs.) is lifted between the legs while standing on two foot rests.

  • @JOEYONEIL True, but let's not forget that the Munich stone had a handle attached to it. It's a whole different ball game. Arnold Schwarzenegger was'nt even close to being 'strongman strong'.

  • renowned for his great stone making abilities...

  • Not a lot of people can even deadlift 315, but picking up a 522 pound atlas stone is nuts!

  • bad ass

  • omg

  • Pussy

  • I'm sick of these 14 year olds saying "I'm 6'3, 250 pounds, and I lifted a 500 pound atlas stone!"

If you were that strong, you would be in the record books! Don't bother posting stuff that NO ONE WILL BELIEVE!

  • @1JayCutlerFan1

    Haven't seen a troll before?

  • @axelnemeth Of course I've seen trolls before, I'm just sick of them. If what was said on youtube was true, we'd have 3,000 people auditioning for the Olympia!

  • @1JayCutlerFan1

Yes, well notifying them that you're pissed will just make them feel successful, and continue their bullshit.

"Not feeding the trolls" stands for not giving a crap about them.

If you really want to hurt trolls, just ignore what they say, as they will just sink deeper into their depression knowing how unimportant they are.

  • @axelnemeth You're absolutely right, it's just a cry for attention.

  • @invinvinvinv LOL.

  • im 13 and i can lift the 385 stones but this guy is mega mad strong

  • @13andincrediblycut yes i can i did it in a strongman center once few months ago.

  • @pumpmctank Yes I can I did it.

  • @13andincrediblycut maybe 38.5

  • @pumpmctank LMAO. No, it was over 300lbs for sure they weighed it. :)

  • @13andincrediblycut ... post a video ... or I am going to call BULL SHIT on that statement

  • @farva422663 Call whatever you want. :) Doesn't change the truth that I CAN do it though.

  • Comment removed

  • @DeusUniversa10 Dude, you fail. lol. You can not distinguish the difference between me and a troll.

    I am NOT a troll.

    I AM a successful powerlifter at 13.

End of story! If you wish to know more about me and who I am just check my channel. That's all.

    Peace! ;)

  • @13andincrediblycut lol what a load of shit. No 13 year old in the world can lift anywhere near that shit.

Even if you said 220 I still wouldn't believe you.

    Faggot.

  • @patrickyunblocked Your loss. :(

  • you know he has got 2 work out alot to get thta strong

  • I'm 16 and I can lift 492 pounds!!! What can 12 year olds lift?

  • Was that his only stone? Or did anything else lead up to it? i'm sure Marius and a few others could duplicate this (rather easily), but they compete in a scaled manner. Nonetheless, great lift.

  • for all the keyboard warriors out there, i am gonna kick this guys ass

  • This guy seems like the perfect definition of a complete badass.

  • Bad ass.

  • why doesnt' he just use a forklift ?

  • how much kgs ?

  • steve is 6'2 or 6'3 i think... i saw it on the Icelandic strongman competition

  • this man is a beast

  • How tall is this guy??? :S

  • wow he is huge

  • HOW MUCH DO THE BALLS WEIGH!!

  • @terrapatra 522lbs dumbass irt says right in the title.. haha

  • @11roy1 it says 522, i thought maybe the guy weighed 522 pounds or the atlas stone was 522 kilograms

  • @11roy1 no it doesn't

  • HOW MUCH DO THE BALLS WEIGH!!

  • iv done a 332lbs stone b4

  • LOOK AT THAT STRONGGGGGGGGGGG BACK

  • That was rape.

  • there's an H at the end of Pittsburgh...

  • does he use steroids, im not being a hater im just honestly wanting to know if anyone knows

  • @geno0607

    most likely, most do

  • @prsguitars92 thanks

  • @geno0607

not just most likely, he is.

  • @geno0607 just as u now steroids dont make u stronger just ur muscles grow faster..

  • @bambest1 bull-shit.

  • hey geno

    take this hint:

every strongman or bodybuilder takes steroids like testtosteron, insulin, hgh and prehormons. U can not grow these amounts of muscle without using anabolic steroids.

only declared naturals MAY be drug-free. But >50% of these just fake beeing natural advertising contract purposes.

like "say u are natural, so customers think they can get as big as you just by eating our protein powder" etc.

    believe me, im into it.

  • @odemodem

Why would a juicer on high doses of testosterone and other anabolics ever wanted to use prohormones?

Also I don't think that the wast majority uses insulin as it's too risky, though I'm sure many do.

  • only genetically lucky people can get decent muscle after years of hard training and good nutrition. normal people can get trained and good looking, but never be freaks.

check out this scooby guy, he is a retard but also a perfect example of what u can reach after 20yrs of perfect training and anutrition and good genetics - drug free

    cheers

  • i feel so connected to you lol, someone who understands the human body lol, ye our world is full of alot of crap and people are so gullible, the human body isnt efficient being big, big muscles arnt needed, its all gota do with ya nervous system, the muscles are the strings your nerves pull apon, maybe society needs to be more open with the subject of steroids.

  • 3:15 should win an award for best product placement.

  • work + work + work

    Not for pussies.

  • @quathar it takes balls.

  • @quathar + steroids

  • @soulmove -trolls

  • @soulmove +work + work +work and an insane diet.

They don't get that fucking strong by injecting steroids then talking shit on youtube all day.

  • Great lift Steve MacDonald.

  • There's a video around here of Poundstone doing a 555lb. I assume it's not an official record though.

    GO BABY GO

  • poundstone is a cop in my town. he looks like a bear in real life

  • If only brad pitt and brock lesnor could have a child.

  • Steve McDonald had a bar. E, I, E, I, O.

  • "Renowned for his great stone making abilities." Yeah, now that's some renown. He'd be unchallenged in an atlas stone making competition.

  • LMAO, good one :P

  • hahhaa

  • Awesome.

  • This requires everything!

    Superb grips (big hands).

    Thick and long arms.

    Great shoulder & back width.

    Strong back, glute, and hamstring.

  • he's like brad pitt on steroids

  • don't ever compare brad pitt to this man.

Vin Diesal or whatever the fuck his name is.

  • he looks a lot like pitt, only bigger

  • this dudes built like a tank

  • Comment removed

  • I heard that your personal best was 950 lbs with your asshole alone in the clean and jerk deadlift event.

  • pounstones viper is amazing ...

  • Derek Poundstone got him beat easy. he got up 555lb stone, and that was a while ago, so I bet he could go heavier by now.

  • shit hot

  • drop that on your foot....

  • ahaha i bet one of these apes dropped sum thing or the other on his foot

  • Arild "hulk" Haugen is the best to lift atlas stone !

  • you're wrong, it is zsavickas

  • Derek Poundstone has lifted the heaviest atlas stone all time at 555lbs. Arild Haugen is by far the fastest on the stones though.

  • He's insanely fast with the stones.. I don't know about his max stone lift but the competition stones are cake for him.. Too bad he quit strongman, he had alot of potential.

  • beast

  • ok dude, can you tell me also why you americans are that oldschool and dont use kilograms haha

  • good point

  • yah i know for real im in the americas and i wish they would use kilo's instead its so much better

  • because we don't want to dude

  • The heaviest stone I've ever seen in Met-Rx series is less than 400lbs. Trust me, that last 122lbs is huge. I doubt Mariusz could load this stone, Zydrunas maybe, but his torso might be too big to wrap around it.

Yes, a series will wipe you out, but heavy stones are a whole nother animal. Nobody on this planet is going to load a 500+ lb stone at the end of a series.

  • Could Kaz have lifted that Stone..?

  • big Z could do it. i would bet money on it

  • Easily!

  • damn, not bad ;D hehe

  • steve is the MAN

  • you're a fucking stupid ass. Mcgrath is a bodybuilder, not a powerlifter or strongman. Mcgrath is strong but there's no way he can hang with these guys. I doubt he's ever even touched an atlas stone before.

  • "MAC"

    "Dillion!"

    "you son of a bitch!"

  • he look just like Nathan Jones!.. look him up guys are you sure this isn't Nathan Jones, Jones is 6'10 350 pounds!! started power lifting in Australian Prison!

  • Yes, he does look like Nathan Jones but he isn't.

  • omfg!! u ass holes ok heres the thing- that stone is heavier but lets se him lift 4 super heavy stones then that one in WSM. he only lifted it 1 time if he lifted 4 stones before it he'd be wiped and couldn't get it over but nice video but u ass holes need to recognize he only lifted one of them one time not 5 of them weighing even more each time

  • You are officially a fucking IDIOT

  • well, magnus lifted a 200kg stone onto a higher platform. this one was lower

  • Hahahaha and he have never won the wolds strongest man? Hahahaha

  • awesome

  • never seen him on worlds strongest man.

  • yeah...he does ifsa

  • Isn't this the guy thats the undefeated American fighter in Jet Li's Fearless?

  • That was Nathan Jones, an Australian retired pro wrestler.

  • ThePersonFromUK- that isnt nate jones you fuckin stupid ass, thats steve macdonald!!!

    fuckin idiot!!

  • I was replying to tyranusmaul on page 2 you fucking idiot.

  • steve Mac is the dude in the beggining of the movie Troy where brad pit kills him! Biggest dude ever!

  • all u small faggots need to quit hatin on us bodybiulders. dont be jealous and no my wife hasnt had any complaints in that department. lol

  • this is real strength!!! Unlike Olympic weightlifting where you lift a bar that was DESIGNED TO BE LIFTED....not that hard. Picking up things that aren't designed to be lifted is a lot harder than people think.

  • go and have a wank u idiot what cn u do what r u some 22 stone fat american h can bench 100kg or as u guys like to call it 220 pounds

  • can you lift a 522 pound stone.heh NO! these things aren't even designed to be lifted. i don't know if you've noticed but heavy furniture isn't designed into a bar, five gallon buckets filled with fresh cement that has to be carried up 5 stories isn't designed like a bar all chromed out and knurled. Or a really big screen tv like the ones that they use to sell back in 2004.

  • can YOU lift 522 pounds stone? why you ask the other guy? can YOU even do it?

  • this isn't even about me
