I liked it alot more than the Star force games.

the reason this didn't sell well in japan is because

the fans thought they were taking a HUGE step back

because sure the setting is of BN 1, but they didn't have

stick with the same graphics and battle chips

(they could have at least brought it up to #5 style)

Truth be told, I never did finish BN1. I got stuck on the elecman level @_@. But I played and finished every other one (cept BN2, was lazy on that one xD) and loved each one of them.

The game was released in Japan close to four months ago.

It recieved rather poor sales (first week sales were in the 30k+ range, while most other EXE games tend to sell 100k+) and poor reception from fans. It's just a port of Battle Network 1 with a few minor changes and an extra scenario towards the end.

It's already March, and no word of a US release (while most other EXE/SF games would have had a release date announced a few weeks ago). Chances are very high it's not coming overseas.
