Well i have a GT aggressor XC.3 bike but thats broke because i messed up the bottom bracket but im going to get a new frame (maybe a specialized p2 cromo frame). But the bike i ride most is a Revell DXS which is a english make (because im from england) its a 24" wheel dirt jump bike, with a 4130 cromo frame and its such a good bike in my opinion, i've had it about a month but its taking every bad landing and such with ease and no stress on the components.

Why not recommend a mtb company that specialises in Dirt Jump bikes, For example Ns, Black market, Identiti, DMR, Doberman, Or Revell ( like my bike) and others

@brad10121 Merida also make good frames. I have a merida mtb that i have taken offroad on some trails before and i have put a lot of stress on the frame from drops and jumps to actually (only once or twice when you start getting a little over excited offroad) smacking the frame of things like fences, logs or whatever happens to get into your path, and so far no signs at all of any damage (i also had it checked at the bike shop) the only damage so far is ripping my front hydraulic brake apart.

@mooseling1 Yes i agree they do make good bikes, but the bike in the video had to much of a slack headtube angle.

And to dnfbighit (if you were replying to my comment), people where saying "you should get a Kona, trek etc, and it more likely seemed they were talking about budget xc bikes.

The bike in the video seemed to be set up in the most unusual way possible and that is probably why that happened. I once got a cheap bike ( a friend no longer needed it) , so i took it out offroading progressively putting more stress on it (never going of big drops though) until eventually the crank snapped and the rear of the frame broke on one side at the back with both wheels severely buckled and the suspension destroyed My merida has done worse trails at least 10 times and no damage at all

@brad10121 What bike do you use? One point i would like to mention is in the previous comment it might mislead you into the wrong order of events, after a few minutes both wheels were buckled, then the suspension broke which then caused a snapping noise as the frame gradually tore apart at a weld on the back and then the crank simply destroyed itself so that put an end to things. I took it as a joke to a bike shop to ask for a estimate to fix it all. At least 3 times the value of the bike new.
