The "ch" was explained to me to sound like the "h" in the word "human".

"glucklich" or "ich" you did read like english "ch" in word "school". I hope thet might help: try to listen to words like this in google translator. There is possibility to listen to correct pronounciation there. For someone from Poland i would explain to read this like something between H and Ś. I suppose you know english, try the sound of "h" like in word "shivering"
