What are you talking about? They never fuck up the gameplay, you can just mow them down because you don't need any gun skill for to play games like Black Ops (unless your playing it on the PC). 'specially easy when they try out the recon kit and can't understand why they can't even hit anybody because of the bullet time/drop.
