here,

you should do it in the same form except cup ur hands like ur holding water.

then you should get that hole .

then u should place ur lips lightly on ur knuckles.(dont press ur lips on too hard.)

make sure theres no gaps.

when you blow,u should hear a hollow sound.

keep experimenting till u get it.(blow lighter,harder,different angles stuff like that.)

Took me a few days but I got it. Its all about moving your hands around, For me, I just place my left hand parallel to the ground facing up, pointing to my right, while I put my right hand, palm facing left, and pointing towards the wall and match up my pinkies, then map them into a cup. My main problem was my thumbs, make sure their straight and make sure you blow down.

Nobody has ever actually put this, but the secret is to blow through the bend of your thumbs or above. Also I find it easier if you make your hands really air tight, but try to pull them apart, making it hollow in the middle. I can owl whistle, but when I try to wiggle my fingers it just turns in to a normal blow sound.
