That expectant way she turns when she hears the door. That little note of panic in her voice when she says, "His lucky scrub cap was by the bed." The way she delivers the line, "He's gone. I'm...I'm free."

Absolutely brilliant. I think it's a crime that she didn't get an Emmy and Heigel did.
