He's basically advocating that you perform primary research in the field vs. using data obtained by secondary research.

Love Kevin, but quite frankly a bit typical comment of an ad guy. Agree that insight DOES NOT come from data but it does come from the individuals conceptualizing qual, quant, new research etc. It's about evidence + instincts + a leap of faith. Most research promises, few delivers true insight

In my experience people are naturally inclined to believe what they wanted to believe :)

Its a very opinionated video which has a very different take on the subject of research and development.

I don't agree with this video as I believe people do go in jungles to do "research on animals", most people do try to find out for themselves about lots of things and dont simply take whatever is handed out to them.

People do care about finding out the truth and go the extra mile to do so.
